While you may have noticed that the blog was offline for a while, it does not mean I’ve retired.  Life got quite busy for a few months and — as such things occasionally go — I was hit with a bit of inspiration and motivation to retool the original skepdad blog. I’ve made no bones about the fact that I’ve toed the metaphorical line of my purpose here.

I mention this because it struck me as another one of those “meta” moments for this blog, even now as I continue to narrow out my little niche a mere twenty-five posts along in this endeavor.
